It was really hard for us to keep quiet during the last months while we negotiated the details. But now the time has come, we can finally announce it to you: We are opening a new Bata on May 20th, 2023, right at Alexanderplatz!
The new Bata will be a special project: It will be built in direct and close proximity to the Biermeisterei by Lemke, a great BBQ restaurant with excellent barbeque specialties and all the delicious beers that Oli Lemke and his team of the craft brewery Lemke Berlin brew a few hundred meters away in the S-Bahn arches. We rent the complete 1st floor above the Biermeisterei, where we will offer you the usual Bata quality on almost 600 m²: 8 Diamond pool tables, darts, shuffleboard, board games and of course our super nice team, tasty drinks and good music. So everything you have loved for a long time at the Bata at Hauptbahnhof.
What will happen to the “old” Bata?
The Bata Bar & Billiards in Heidestraße will of course remain. So there will be more Bata, not less 🙂
When is the opening?
We’re opening the new Bata on May 20th, 2023. Opening hours are daily from 12pm noon until 5am.
